SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?
We will aim to get your order shipped within one working day; if you place your order before 2pm GMT, we'll get it shipped the same day!
 
Delivery to the U.K. & Northern Ireland should take no more than 2-3 days at most, but the majority of our customers will receive their items much sooner.
 
The above date guidelines are those given by Royal Mail, which is the postal service we use to ship items in the U.K..
 
Do you offer International shipping?
Unfortunately, we don't offer International shipping at present.
 
When do you ship pre-order items?
If you're ordering a pre-order item, you'll see the expected release date in the item description. We will always ship pre-order items on the day they are released, but please bear in mind, that sometimes the manufacturer or publisher might change the release date, or delay the release of that item.
 
All expected release dates shown are estimates only - OHKO does not take responsibility for release dates that change or any inconvenience this may cause.

I've ordered pre-order items and items that are in stock in the same order. When will I receive my order?
Unfortunately, pre-order items and items that are in stock cannot be shipped out separately. We would recommend that you make two separate orders, one with the pre-order items and one with the in stock items in order to receive your in stock items as soon as possible.
 
Orders with both pre-order items and in stock items will be shipped out as soon as your pre-order items have been released and we have received them into stock.
 
How do I track my order?
If you haven't chosen a tracked delivery option during the checkout process, I'm afraid we won't have a tracking number available for your order.
 
For orders that are shipped using a tracked or 'Signed For' service, we will give you tracking number once yourorder has been despatched.

Where's my order?
We aim to ship every order out within one working day, and if you're in the U.K. it shouldn't take more than a day or two for your order to reach you. If you have chosen a tracked delivery method, we'll provide you with your order's tracking number, so you'll be able to track your order while you're waiting.
 
If it's been more than a few days, hopefully your order's just been delayed somewhere along the way, rather than going missing. We would recommend that you contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Office (you can get in touch with the Royal Mail Delivery Office Information Line on 0845 6050767), to see if your order is held up at your local sorting office.
 
If you sometimes ask a neighbour to hold on to deliveries for you when you're at work or out, we'd recommend you double check with those, just in case they're holding on to it for you.
 
If there's still no sign of it, please contact us and we'll work with you to either replace or refund your order.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY GOODS TO OHKO UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED US AND RECEIVED A REPLY.
 

Cancellation rights apply as to orders for all products carried by OHKO as specified by the Distance Selling Regulations.

 

If you wish to cancel your order, you must give OHKO notice of your cancellation. Your cancellation rights end 14 working days after the day on which you received your order.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Items received that are sealed, may NOT be returned if they have been opened, including, but not limited to, sealed booster packs, sealed starter/structure deck boxes and sealed collectors tins/boxes.

 

Notice of Cancellation can be given by contacting OHKO Customer Care. Your Notice of Cancellation shall be deemed to be received when OHKO receives notification of your request to return an item.

 

Refunds will be given within 30 days of the Notice of Cancellation being received by us, OHKO.

 

You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of goods while in your possession.

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you, the consumer, are under a statutory duty throughout any order cancellation period to retain possession of the goods to be returned, and to take reasonable care of them.

 

OHKO has a right of action against you, the consumer, for any breach of statutory duty to take reasonable care of goods to be returned.

 

If goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement will be sent at no extra cost (dependent on stock).

 

If goods are lost in transit from OHKO to you, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement will be sent at no extra cost (dependent on stock), once a compensation claim has been filed with Royal Mail.

 

Buyers are required to return any goods received if they cancel an order, or if they receive incorrect, damaged, or faulty products. For damaged and incorrect products returned, the cost of returning those products will be refunded to you, upon proof of postage.

You must take reasonable care to ensure that OHKO receives any returned goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit.

 

You, the buyer, will return any goods with their original packaging.

 

If you do not exercise reasonable care, and the goods are damaged or lost in transit, OHKO may claim against you, the consumer, for breach of your statutory duty.

 

If you fail to return any goods received after cancellation of an order, or if you return goods at the expense of OHKO, OHKO may charge you any costs associated with that return. This will apply even if OHKO has already refunded your payment for those goods.

 

If you fail to return any goods received after cancellation of an order, or if you fail to return any goods that are damaged or incorrect upon receipt by you, OHKO may against you, the consumer, for breach of your statutory duty.
